If you do not already have a UISPP membership account, in order to activate your membership, apart from paying the relevant membership fee, you must fill in the form below. Without the relevant data, we will be unable to add you to the membership register.

For membership census reasons, you may only indicate a single (main) institutional affiliation. Please refrain from listing multiple affiliations. If you do indicate an institutional affiliation, 'Country of residence' must be the country the institution you are affiliated to is located in, regardless if this is different from the country you live in.

Please give the name of any institution to which you are affiliated in the original language. You may only use an English or French translation of an institution's name if its original language is rendered in a non-Latin alphabet. If you are not affiliated to any institution, please use 'Independent scholar/chercheur indépendant' instead.
